What we lay down
Five core trades, delivered by one crew that stays on site from the first dig to the final joint.
Foundations
Strip, trench-fill and pad foundations set out and cast to your engineer's drawings, with reinforcement and level control throughout.
Drainage
Foul and surface-water drainage, manholes, soakaways and connections — laid to fall, bedded and tested for reliable long-term flow.
Stone masonry
Natural stone walls, retaining structures, boundary features and repairs, built to sit right in the Northern Irish landscape.
Hard landscaping
Driveways, patios, paths and paved yards in block, flag and resin-bound finishes — kerbed, edged and jointed for a clean, hard-wearing result.

Site walk-over
We visit the site, look at levels, ground conditions and access, and talk through what the finished job needs to do.

Scope & setting out
We agree the scope, set out from drawings where they exist, and plan the sequence so each trade follows cleanly on from the last.

Groundworks & build
Excavation, drainage, foundations, masonry and surfacing are carried out in order, with levels and falls checked as we go.

Finish & hand-over
We tidy the site, walk the completed work with you and leave the ground ready for the next stage or for everyday use.

About Elite Groundstone
Elite Groundstone is a groundworks and hard-landscaping contractor based in Moira and working across Northern Ireland. We handle the parts of a project that sit below and around the finished structure — the excavation, the drainage, the foundations, the stonework and the paved surfaces that everything else depends on.
Our work is straightforward and practical. We take a job from bare ground to a solid, level, well-drained finish, and we stay on site to see it through. Whether it is a single driveway, a stone retaining wall or the groundworks package for a new build, we approach each layer with the same care.
